Plantation shutters
Plantation shutters, made to measure.
Ideal for adding elegance and control over light and privacy. Our plantation shutters are available in various styles and finishes to suit any room, measured and fitted by our own team.
Why shutters
The window finish that does it all.
Shutters are part furniture, part architecture. They frame the view, control light to the degree, add privacy without darkness, and stay looking smart for years.
- Total light control. Tilt the louvres from fully closed to wide open, or fold the panels right back.
- Privacy with daylight. Angle the louvres upward so you can see out and light gets in, but passers-by can't see in.
- Cosier rooms. An extra layer at the glass helps with draughts in winter and heat in summer.
- Easy to live with. No fabric to wash, no cords to tangle. A quick dust keeps them looking new.

How much do plantation shutters cost?
Every window is different, so we don't publish a one-size price. The cost depends on the size and shape of the window, the style, the material and the finish. We'll measure up and give you a clear, written quote at your free home survey, with no obligation.
Can you fit shutters in bathrooms and kitchens?
Yes. Waterproof shutter materials are made for humid rooms, so they won't warp or swell around steam or splashes.
Will shutters fit my bay window?
Almost certainly. Bays are one of the most common windows we fit. Each window in the bay is measured so the panels line up neatly across the whole bay.
Do shutters help with heat and noise?
Shutters add a layer between you and the glass, which helps keep rooms cosier in winter and cooler in summer. Closed panels can also soften outside noise, especially solid panel styles.
Can I see samples before I decide?
Yes. We bring samples of materials, louvre sizes and finishes to your survey so you can see them in your own light, next to your own walls and floors.
