At your survey
What happens on the visit.
- We talk through each room: how you use it, when it gets the sun, and what's bothering you about it now.
- We show you samples of materials, louvre sizes, colours and fabrics in your own light.
- We measure every window precisely, including depth, angles and anything awkward.
- You get a clear, written quote. No pressure, no obligation.
Fitting day
Careful, quick and clean.

Is the home survey really free?
Yes. We'll visit, talk through what you want from each room, show you samples and measure up — free of charge and with no pressure to go ahead.
How long does fitting take?
Most homes are done in a single visit, though a larger order might take a little longer. One of our customers had a whole house fitted in a day and a half. We'll give you a clear plan before we start.
Do you tidy up afterwards?
Always. We protect floors and furniture while we work and leave the room as we found it, just with beautiful new shutters.
Can I see samples before I decide?
Yes. We bring samples of materials, louvre sizes and finishes to your survey so you can see them in your own light, next to your own walls and floors.
