Yes. We'll visit, talk through what you want from each room, show you samples and measure up — free of charge and with no pressure to go ahead.

Most homes are done in a single visit, though a larger order might take a little longer. One of our customers had a whole house fitted in a day and a half. We'll give you a clear plan before we start.

Always. We protect floors and furniture while we work and leave the room as we found it, just with beautiful new shutters.

Yes. Waterproof shutter materials are made for humid rooms, so they won't warp or swell around steam or splashes.

Almost certainly. Bays are one of the most common windows we fit. Each window in the bay is measured so the panels line up neatly across the whole bay.

Shutters add a layer between you and the glass, which helps keep rooms cosier in winter and cooler in summer. Closed panels can also soften outside noise, especially solid panel styles.

We can recommend cordless and child-safe options for children's rooms and family spaces, and we'll explain the safety features at your survey.

Yes. We bring samples of materials, louvre sizes and finishes to your survey so you can see them in your own light, next to your own walls and floors.
